Service Fulfilment Policy

1. What this service includes

Customers can book the prasad, bells and related offerings described on our website. Sah Prashad Bhandar prepares or arranges the selected items and, where included in the selected service, makes reasonable efforts to offer the prasad at Golu Devta Temple, Ghorakhal, on the customer's behalf.

We are an independent business and are not the temple's official website or booking agent. A booking does not guarantee access to restricted areas, a particular ritual, a particular priest or a specific time.

2. Booking and confirmation

After submitting your details, the booking is saved and the payment status is checked separately. A booking is treated as paid only after payment verification. Please keep your booking reference for enquiries.

3. Fulfilment timing

We aim to begin arranging a paid booking as soon as reasonably practical after payment verification and review of the order details. The exact time or date of an offering can depend on temple timings and rules, access, weather, local conditions, availability and other circumstances. We do not promise a specific completion time unless it has been expressly confirmed to you.

If you have a time-sensitive request, contact us before paying so we can explain what can reasonably be arranged. Do not assume that a booking is scheduled for a particular time unless we have confirmed it.

4. Service updates

We may use the phone, WhatsApp number or email address supplied with your booking to ask a necessary question or share a booking or service update. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and accessible.

5. Delays or inability to fulfil

If temple rules, local conditions or another practical issue delays or prevents the requested service, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and explain the available next steps. Where a paid service cannot be fulfilled and no reasonable alternative is agreed, the eligible amount for the unfulfilled service will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact details, review your selected items and quantity before payment, and include only the prayer or devotee details you want us to use for the requested service. Do not submit payment PINs, passwords, OTPs or unrelated sensitive information.
