1. Business identity and relationship with the temple

This website is operated by Sah Prashad Bhandar, an independent business located at Near Golu Devta Temple, Ghorakhal, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India. We arrange the prasad and related services described on this website. We are not the official website, representative or booking agent of Golu Devta Temple, and we do not claim official temple authorisation or endorsement.

2. Products and service description

Product descriptions, available options and prices are displayed on the website. Please review your selection and quantity before payment. Images are illustrative where applicable; actual packaging or appearance may vary while remaining consistent with the selected product or service.

Unless a product description explicitly says otherwise, a booking is for the prasad, bell or related service described on the checkout page. It does not guarantee access to any restricted area of the temple, a particular ritual, a particular priest, or a specific time of offering.

3. Booking information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, address-location and devotee details. Incorrect information may delay fulfilment or prevent us from contacting you. Please provide only information relevant to your booking and avoid including sensitive personal information in prayer messages.

Submitting a booking request does not by itself confirm payment or completion of the service. Booking and payment status will be updated after the relevant checks.

4. Prices and payment

The total displayed at checkout is calculated from the selected product and quantity. Payment must be completed through the payment option presented on the website. A booking is treated as paid only after server-side verification confirms the payment status.

Do not share a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, banking password or other payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent us. If money is debited but the booking remains pending, contact us before attempting another payment.

5. Fulfilment, timing and local conditions

We will make reasonable efforts to prepare or arrange the selected service and offer prasad at Golu Devta Temple as described on the website. Timing may be affected by temple policies, access conditions, weather, local circumstances, availability and other practical factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee a particular time or outcome of a religious offering. If we learn of a material delay or inability to fulfil a paid booking, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and discuss the available next steps.
